A traditional patchwork skirt in Mitti (earthen) shades, patched together and highlighted on the vertical panels by a thick bundled thread (dori) running from waist to hem to give a unique look. This long skirt has an accordion pleat that starts smaller at the waist and gets larger towards the hem. This helps give a taller look. The skirt is handmade, and the patches are leftover pieces from mass garment production. Therefore, no two pieces are alike. The skirt has a drawstring elastic waist, which gives ease of comfort when adjusting the waist. The material, rayon, is super comfortable for the summertime and gives a nice flow to the fabric. Pair it with a mustard or white shirt and a hat to look summer-ready!
